FPGA + ARM Processing

Combining Allen & Heath’s renowned FPGA technology with ARM processing, the RackUltra FX card opens dLive up to the next generation of onboard processing and effects. 

The RackUltra FX Card, fitted as standard to all new MixRacks and available as an upgrade for existing MixRacks, adds 8 RackUltra FX engines – including dedicated stereo send and return channels plus PEQ and dynamics on each FX engines input and output – to any dLive system without consuming any of the platform’s existing busses, channels, RackExtra FX slots, or Audio Networking I/O ports.

Fits any dLive MixRack

Installs into the internal expansion slot on any existing dLive DM or CDM MixRack to enable use of the RackUltra FX Collection.

8 RackUltra FX Engines

Run any 8 FX from the RackUltra FX Collection, as sends or inserts, in addition to your existing 16 RackExtra FX units.

Dedicated Sends and Returns

The card adds 8 stereo RackUltra FX sends and returns that don’t eat into your standard mix bus config.

Built In PEQ and Dynamics

Compression, gating, expansion, ducking – all with sidechain – and 4-band PEQ on every FX input and output.

Trigger Multiple Functions With One SoftKey

The powerful new Actions feature makes complex automation easy, enabling functions across multiple channels, such as routing assignments and levels, ABCD inputs, processing and insert in/outs, and strip layout to be triggered via a single SoftKey press.

Mix Joins The Channel Library

The Channel Library has been extended to include Mix contributions, meaning channels can now be saved with all sends, processing and name/colour data included.
