Suede protects the timpani head from scratches and the durable inserts protect the head and lugs from impact without sitting on the head itself. The drop skirt splits in half for easy removal and covering. The openings of the drop sides are held together with magnets for long-lasting closures.
To use, just pull on handles simultaneously to fold in half and remove from timpani.
